I'm not good at English. Can I still participate in the class?

Don't worry. There are classes where we don't use English at all. I am sure we can make you understand our lesson without any problems!

What should I do when I am unable to join my Italian class?

You should contact your teacher or assistant teacher before class begins and inform your inability to attend. We will provide class recordings, so that you can catch up with what you have missed

Can I join the class with my smartphone or table?

Of course! You can join the class from any device.

I'm late for class. Can I still attend class?

It is specified that teachers will wait for students up to 30 minutes after class time begins. However, please note, noticed the teacher that you are late as soon as possible.

If a student is absent without informing. will there be a penalty?

There is no penalty if you are frequently absent. However, you have to keep in mind that if you are absent from class, the money is non-refundable.

How to start the class?

For 1:1 classes and group classes, you should install the Zoom app first.

The class zoom link will be given to the teacher assistant before class starts.

Do not forget to consider the time difference between Italy and your country.

Which language do teachers use to teach Italian?

In the first few classes, you will be taught useful Italian expressions used in the classroom. In Level 1, the teacher will alternate between using English and Italian. However, as you progress to a higher level, the frequency of using Italian as the language of instruction will increase.

Is there homework and feedback given after class?

Of course! We provide weekly homework and feedback from our Italian language teacher. Homework is very important to improve your skills in learning.

Our assistant teacher will give you detailed feedback.

What is the membership course?

It's a special course designed for all students in DreamOra to learn beyond the standard curriculum.

In this course, you'll:

• discover and learn about Italian culture

• practice Italian with lyrics from your favorite songs by determining their meanings     through listening and writing

• explore numerous Italian expressions

What is the minimum age to register?

The minimum registration age is 13 years old. However, if you are under the age of 18, you need to get permission from your parents.

What is the difference between for 4 weeks and 1 semester?

It means you can pay in installment. You can pay 4 weeks first and left weeks later.

But we definitely recommend you pay one semester at once.
